As a lead member of Innovation Advisory we used the Idea Accelerator engagement to help Novartis tackle a challenge to streamline advanced pharmaceutical production both within the manufactiring plants and elevating constraints in the supply chain to executives for specific products. We worked in collaboration with &us and established a prototype within 8 weeks, which carried on to production. This was just the start of a long relationship with Novartis and AWS, and I felt privilaged to get to work with the team at their campus in Basel Switzerland.
